Jack Cleary

I work with Swift and SwiftUI. I use Firebase/Google Cloud for backends.
I've been developing iOS apps for 10+ years. Scroll down for some examples. I'm originally from Australia and I love SCUBA diving.

Work with me.
Due to the number of enquiries I receive, please read the following guidelines before contacting me. I've been doing this for 10+ years so I have some non-negotiables that help me to ensure great outcomes on each project I contribute to.
I only work on native Swift/SwiftUI apps. I do not work on cross-platform apps, Android apps, web apps or UIKit apps.
I offer a complete app development process, starting with wireframing, moving to app development and finishing with testing, bug fixes and publication to the app store. I stand by my work and offer a 100% guarantee that your app will be accepted to the app store.
My rate is $900USD/day (non-negotiable). I fairly keep track of the number of days I work and after a decade of this I'm pretty good at estimating how long something will take.
I will not sign your NDA. I am not interested in stealing your app idea. I am interested in getting fairly paid to code beautiful, functional apps with Swift/SwiftUI. Period.
I never work in exchange for equity, profit share or any contingent payment scheme. I have fixed payment terms (25-50% up front depending on how long it will take to code your app) and invoices are due within 7 days.
I do not finish apps started by other developers. I work on each project from scratch, and complete it smoothly to a high degree of professionalism.
I do not outsource any parts of my work or use AI to produce sloppy code. I work on frontend/UI (Figma, SwiftUI), iOS structure (Swift) and backend (Firebase/Google Cloud).
I do not work with other teams of developers. I've had problems with overseas devs, outsourced work and lazy account managers. I work alone and I communicate 1:1 with my clients. If your app is too complex for a single person to code, I'll tell you.
I do not fix bugs in other developer's code. After I finish your app, I will gladly fix any bugs that come up, because I wrote every line of code and know exactly how your app works.
I work 100% remote and async, mostly on EST time. I will not travel to your office. I'm available for zoom calls and async chat.
I am currently (December 2023) available to take on new projects. If all of the above is OK with you, get in touch with me.
